my heart's desire

sometimes i have such a deep indescribable longing for love. to be loved and to know love. it is so strong it hurts, it makes me cry. i'm realizing that this is from God. my God who loves me so much is placing a deep deep desire in me to love him and be loved by him. this longing can only be quenched by his love for me. for this i am grateful because it forces me to come to him and be loved. i'm so thankful that only he can satisfy the deep longing that is within my heart. thank you Jesus, for loving me so much, that you call me to yourself, thank you that it hurts because it causes me to come to you. thank you for your intensity and passion to seek me. thank you that you want relationship with me, to be my lover, thank you for providing a way, for setting me right with God, thank you, thank you, i love you. thank you for wanting intimacy with me. i am in awe of you and your desire for me. thank you for choosing me. i surrender to you once again.
